Banking
DCW’s experience in the Banking Industry begins with the selection of DCW ERP software from the National Investment Bank in 1995 and the XIOS BANK 1996. In these two banks DCW undertook fully the infrastructure of backoffice functions, the establishment of its reporting interface to the Bank of Greece and the interconnection, reception and processing of actions of front office systems. In 1999 DCW undertook the IT support of the merger of three banks (XIOS Bank, Macedonia-Thrace and Piraeus. The new consolidated Piraeus Bank chose DCW ERP as backbone of its IT infrastructure. The next stop in the banking industry is in 2000 when ASPIS Bank selects DCW ERP to support its transformation into a commercial bank. ETBA follows in 2001 and the Bank of Cyprus in 2002.

In 2006 DCW supports ASPIS Bank are ETBA bank in the adoption and compliance with International Accounting Standards and in 2010 it is the turn of the Bank of Cyprus to adopt Accounting and Reporting by International Financial Reporting Standards.
Major reference projects are also the implementation of the procurement system in T-Bank/Postbank, the monitoring of the Rents System in Postbank and Bank of Cyprus and others. With more than 15 years of banking experience we have watched the transformation of the Greek banking system, having implemented dozens of complex and demanding projects in leading banking institutions in Greece. |
